Reflective Journal example (2)
It’s been extremely busy this week because I’ve got a lot on my plate.
First, I need to hand in an assignment.
Since one of the tutors is leaving the university at the end of this month, I have to complete a subject that she is teaching by next Friday.
Even though it’s not my fault and it can’t be helped, I want to complain about it and I’m thinking ‘how am I supposed to sort this out?’
Second, I’ve got extra shifts on Sunday and Thursday because one of my colleagues has been ill.
To make matters worse, I put myself forward to be a student representative of my course, which brings me extra work.
Actually, it’s not a very hard job, however, I should have refused or avoided the student officer who had asked me to take the job in person, so that I could focus on my assignment.
